• WE are your data processor, handling data per your instructions
• You must comply with privacy laws for your Visitors
• You can access and export all Visitor interaction data

5.3 Voice Data Special Handling

If you provide voice recordings:

• Used only to create your specific AI Clone voice
• Stored securely and encrypted
• Not used for any other purpose
• Synthetic voice models deleted with your account

18.3 Voice Synthesis

• Voice models created from your recordings
• Used only for your AI Clone
• Cannot be transferred to other accounts
• Permanently deleted upon request
